Over 5 decades of my family have been involved one way or another with custom manufacturing molded products - in all aspects and on every level. This company is built out of respect to all those that set it in motion years ago. Teamed with family, friends and associates, we look forward to the future!
Bill Paulson Jr. - Owner of PCM Products (United States Air Force Veteran). I have designed several custom rubber molded agricultural parts for a number of large companies over the years. In fact, many of the Star Rollers and Beet Flails used today come from the "Paulson Drawing Board". If you click on this US Patent Number 6,253,535 you will note an invention I helped create back in 1999.
Wendy Sandmoen Busy on the shop floor conducting her daily routine of; production prep, molding product, part quality inspections, packaging and of course on the phone taking orders. Plenty of coffee keeps her multitasking throughout the day!
Some of where it all began years ago and continues from ~
Grandpa
Walt J. Paulson - Owner/CEO of Dahlman Manufacturing & Sales (1954 to 1969). Spudman Magazine article, April 1972. WJ was a pioneering icon in the agricultural industry. Many of his contributions to the industry from years past are still felt worldwide even today. For us to look at several corporations that are still in existence because of his generosity makes us all very proud.
Dad
WW (Bill) Paulson Sr. - Owner/Developer/Inventor of several manufacturing companies and innovative product designs. A mentor to many young folks who have made impacts into several different industries due to the business knowledge he has passed along.

Mom
Delores Paulson (Co-Owner) - For over 50 years she kept everything moving right along with my dad. The company's voice of reason and with her strong demeanor, kept the internal drive alive for all to draw strength from! She was an essential key to the success on every project and sparked new ones along the way.
Uncle
Glen Paulson - Engineer, sales and all around Go-to-Guy! For many years Glen was my dad's right hand man and visionary. 50 plus years in the industry and still at it, as Glen remains involved in the agricultural industry on a consultant type basis. We have vintage 16mm film from five decades ago with Glen & Co engineering new harvesting concepts and testing these "pioneering" ideas in several fields throughout North America. With films, prints, drawings, commentary and so much more is why PCM Products forges ahead into the future - as the history is there to draw from! Once again, Glen is a wealth of knowledge to learn from and an individual to truly admire.
Frank #1 Family friend & associate
Frank Schilling - This photo was taken back in 1988 as he was "the man" that helped my Dad orchestrate the installation and production set-up for WW Products Inc (Menahga, MN). Frank helped on every level of the operation until the business sold in 1997. His role was vital to the existence of the custom molding facility!
Frank #2
20 Years Later (2008) . . . Frank once again takes command of installing yet another new hydraulic press for PCM Products. The catch phrase of Jack of all Trades should be renamed to "Frank of all Trades". He continues to help on every level by bringing industry knowledge, mechanical skills and engineering aptitude full circle into this new formed company. Frank is owner of Schilling Machine (Menahga, MN), with his talents (and the others on board) we hope to achieve tremendous success!
2010 . . . Has us once again installing several new custom built hydraulic units for our production floor.
15 below zero had us hurrying to get the first couple presses off the trailer and in the door!
Oldest Son
Bill Paulson III - Mr Air Force at the moment who is currently stationed in Germany, after his recent tour in South Korea. Billy is the one when asked the question what he thought of his dad's new venture with this business, and without hesitating a second said "Exceptionally Extreme" - which kind of stuck as our slogan. He also is the one that designed the PCM Products logo, business card and helped with the website from half way around the world. I'm confident with the youth of today the world will be a better place, I have faith in that. Go Air Force!!!
Here are the newest members to the family; Ms Emilie and Ms Cassie. They keep everyone very busy, especially grandma . . . HA!
PCM Products always goes the distance for our customers. And, for the parts that need to be delivered fast, it does not hurt to have an old car in the garage to make those quick deliveries!
So we head back out in the fields & into the mud as the journey CONTINUES ~
