14 Finger Star Roller This uniquely designed Star Roller is currently in test mode. These Stars have the attached Hub Rings or Collars to control bore distortion, reduce vine wrap and help eliminate excessive build up of debris between each Star Roller.

HUB SUPPORT COLLARS are plastic collars that support the full width of two adjoining Star Roller hubs. Covering this entire area helps to prevent any "pinch" areas to form, which tend to allow vines and debris to build up and wrap.
Advantages of Hub Rings & Hub Collars;
Eliminates unwanted debris that tends to "grab on" in the hub area
Reduces the compressing of the hub during roller table assembly
Helps the bore from distorting (roller lock-up) under heavy loads
Rollers maintain their self cleaning action while gentle on crops
RED POTATOES? These happen to be custom molded out of several materials, mainly polyurethane. The highly colorful potatoes are fabricated to simulate an actual spud out of the ground. These are designed to help on many levels of testing harvesting equipment. This is just another example of what PCM Products is doing to help the agricultural industry. We mold ideas into realities!

PCM Products researched, designed and developed new style Star Rollers to help eliminate these problems.
Solutions! New molds were constructed that keyed on the product problem areas. This included modifying the rollers to adapt to our Hub Support Collars.
